1920s? MEXICO MILITARY Chapultepec Park ENAMI Japan photo & glass lantern slide
T ENAMI glass slides are overall uncommon to find vs. everything else especially of non-Japanese scenes! To find original photos from Enami are even harder!
In this listing is the photo and the glass slide that would have come from the same camera film negative which is a rarity. The glass slide is 4" x 3 1/4" and the photo is @ 5 1/2" x 3 3/8" .  This is stamped on back too.
Enami's studio had a fire which destroyed a good part of it in the 1920s and then was bombed in the 1940s I think pretty much ending the company and why there are so many Enami collectors. They had started in the 1800s are made quite famous marked photography images of which hand tinted stuff is fabulously done like art.
This listing is for the pair of images, the glass slide & the photo both by Enami. If one or the other interests you more than the other please let me know as I may consider relisting them separately. They are in very good "VG" condition as seen both old & original. If you look at the picture left to right there is a larger scene that what the glass slide actually has which is very interesting for them to have shortened the glass slide scene.  ?'s please ask.
