One size fits all romantic tutu.  This is a brand new 2 layer nylon net tutu from Capezio. Style number is 9830C (on the child) and the 9830 on the adult. This is a reasonably priced tutu for theatrical and dance use. They are one size. There is an adult length (24 inches)and a child length (20 inches).
